Our main focus is alkalizing drinks, nutrient dense green smoothies and the myths and/or truths surrounding them. Green shakes can help you maintain alkalizing pH levels, lose weight, fight fatigue and overall be a healthier person. This isn't something that replaces your current diet, it adds to it — it is my belief that adding, rather than subtracting, is a much more effective (and easier) way to reach your goals.

The HGD Approach

  1. Add a green drink or smoothie to at least one meal per day (preferably at breakfast).
  2. Make sure you drink it before you eat the rest of your meal.
